Wild & Free Retreat is located in Grove City, MN. It’s a cozy cabin sanctuary nestled in 1.5 acres of trees along a sparkling lake, offering a peaceful escape for deep healing, self-care, and transformation. Surrounded by nature, this intimate space provides the perfect setting for a soul-nourishing getaway. This is your invitation to reconnect with yourself and embrace the magic of stillness.

Meet Your Retreat Host
Hey Sweet Souls! My name is Vanessa, and I’m a Holistic Spiritual Coach & Reiki Master. I specialize in holistic esthetics, meditations, inner child work, somatic healing, using your sacred voice, and manifestation.
It was through my own healing, that I realized I also wanted to help others take charge and create a life of fulfillment. I am so blessed for the opportunities I have had, and the amazing healing tools I have learned throughout my journey.
I’ve created this retreat so you can truly rejuvenate your mind & body. To surrender to the magic of the universe, and to see the true potential that you hold. It’s through this retreat that you will have the shifts, the shifts to move forwards on your divine bath- and ones to help you see what your souls’ journey is truly. (plus, many more of my secrets!)

Arrival time is 4pm, but we will let you know if you are able to arrive earlier a few days before.

Since all of Cosmic Glow’s Retreats are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personalized and intimate experience. Our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us work together sharing expenses that may arise from an unexpected cancellation.
HOLD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Hold Deposits (minus a $100 re-enlisting fee) are transferable to another new attendee found and assigned by original attendee.
Full Balance is due 2 weeks before retreat unless noted otherwise.
Cancellations requested 30 days before retreat will receive a 50% refund (minus the deposit).
All balances left unpaid will get a written request to pay the balance- if the balance is not received and no communication has been made- the amount due will be charged to the card on file.
I try to be flexible and work something out for everyone, please email me if any questions arise.

Each retreat can differ from weather, and location. It’s best to use your best judgment. Anything that makes you feel safe an comfortable (crystals, pillows, blankets, etc.). Feel free to bring any additional snacks and beverages, A list will be sent out a few weeks before the retreat with a menu and any other additional items you may need to bring for retreat activities.

We have the right to cancel any retreat at any time, if any retreat ends up being cancelled all money that was paid to Cosmic Glow Spa will be refunded.
